Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. Optional fields allow you to share organisation details or information relevant to a career interest. Optional fields can be left blank.

Purpose

This form is intended for Sadivi to respond to business enquiries or expressions of career interest. It does not ask you to subscribe to a newsletter.

How the form is provided

The form is part of Sadivi’s website. Submissions are sent through Resend to info@sadivi.in, where the Sadivi team can respond. Your email address is used as the reply address. Resend processes the message to provide email delivery; see Resend’s privacy policy.

Storage and spam prevention

Enquiries are kept in the team’s email system and processed by the email delivery provider. The website does not maintain a separate database of your message or contact details. It keeps temporary, pseudonymous request counters to limit automated submissions; these counters expire and are cleaned up after successful submissions.

Keep your message relevant

Please do not send confidential customer data, identity documents or sensitive personal information. A public portfolio link or short description of your work is enough for an initial introduction.

Questions about an earlier enquiry

Email info@sadivi.in to ask about information you previously submitted. Include the email address used so the team can identify the enquiry.
